Ok so I am terrible about updating this, I know. I am going to catch you all up. The past month has been a little crazy. The last time I wrote I was trying to get the little guy sleeping in his bed, well I still am. He was just starting to sleep on his mattress (which was on our floor next to the bed) and started in with a fever..that put an end to that. This led to a double ear-infection, which led to a lingering ear infection in one ear and a respirtory infection. So, now we are doing treatments with a nebulizer every 4 hours, we did this for three days then it went down to every six hours...out goes him sleeping on his mattress. So now I must start over with the whole thing. I am hoping that with the weather finally deciding to turn a bit warmer that the sickness will come to an end.

Nothing is really new. The kids are growing like crazy, and we are all looking forward to spring. Even Brady wants to go outside and play, and he hasn't really ever done that before. I am really looking forward to this spring and summer, especially when we get to go to the pool.

Our nephew Brayden was over this weekend, the boys played together for a few minutes. Brady is a little bully...I am hoping that he grows out of this. But none the less they were pretty cute together.

I do not have a ton of pictures to share, but I do have a few.

So back when Brady was about six months old he started to wake up in the middle of the night for no apart reason. When Nevaeh was over to prevent him from waking her up (since at that time they were sharing a room) I would go in and get him and put him ion bed with Blake and I...BIG MISTAKE. Slowing but shirley he would not go to sleep in his own bed, this has been going on for about 7 months now. I can't say that I wasn't warned. So last night I decided that I was going to put my foot down and put him in his crib and let him cry for as long as it took. Well I thought this was going to work, but I now know that I have a huge challenge ahead of me. The child stood in his bed with his arms lying at the top of the rails for and hour and cried. We then realized that he was falling asleep standing up resting his head on his arms. He would sleep for about 5 minutes and then wake-up. Finally Blake decided that once he was "asleep" he would go in and lie him down. He ended up staying in their with him for about 10 minutes rubbing his belly until he was good and asleep. Now it is almost 10 o'clock. I'm thinking to myself...all that had to of worn him out he will sleep pretty well, that wasn't too bad after all. Well that little fantasy of mine only lasted for a hour and a half. At 11:30 he was awake almost screaming... I lied their for a few minutes to see if he woukld calm back down and go back to sleep. After about 5 minutes that almost stream was a full fledged scream...something had to be done. I went in, and everytime I had him back asleep and would start to walk away the eyes would open he would stand up and the cycle would start over again. This went on for a half an hour. At this point BLake who is obviously awake now has had enough and yell at me to give up. Brady won once again. Off to Mommy and Daddy's bed he goes. I don't know what to do...

Well it's been a few weeks since I last posted something. Christmas was great...Brady I don't think really knew what was going on, but Nevaeh had a good time. So much going on....and not enough time to do everything. Here are some pictures of the kids from Christmas and just around the house (Brady and his new adventures). Enjoy... !

It's all over, and we had so much fun...now it's time to focus on Christmas. Brady received lots of fun gifts and is having a great time playing with all of them. Thank you to everyone who came and for all of the great things he received.

Well, it is here. Today is Brady's first birthday! We got his pictures taken on Sunday, and the BIG party is this Sunday. We are really looking forward to it. He of course has no idea what is going on, but he does like to be sang too. Enjoy the pictures. Pictures from the party will come next week.

Well we got all moved this weekend, there is still plenty to do of course...but the worst is over. Nevaeh really had a good time this weekend, she really enjoyed having her own space again. Brady walked the whole house side to side and up and down, he wore us out (not that the moving part wasn't doing enough). I will get some pictures posted in the next few days. We will not have internet at home until the 5th of Dec, so I am going to have to get creative. The computers here at work will not allow me to pull the pics off of my camera??? I still have to get a video of Brady walking for you all as well. I have not forgotten, things have just been a little crazy! :-)

Brady has another tooth that has broke through the gum. I'm not sure if it is a molar or not, but it is back there a bit. He is getting very excited about his Birthday coming up :-) (ok well Mommy and Daddy are!). I can't believe it has been a year, time really flies. They do grow up way too fast.

On sunday we got together with some Blake's family. His brother and his wife have a son who is 3mo. old as well as his cousin and her husband have a 6mo. old. It was very fun to see all three of the boys together and reacting to eachother. We are definately going to have our hands full in the coming years when all three of them are mobile and getting into everything.

Well this is perfect timing to have started this blog. Our little stinker started walking yesterday. Not all of you are familiar with my parents house, but he took off from the kitchen and walked all the way through the family room on his first adventure. By the time I got home from work he had worn himself out and only had a stint of 4-5 steps in him for me. My Mom tells me that he must have known what he was doing was big. He was laughing and screaming the entire trip. I look forward to this weekend and getting some pictures and video of his explorations above the ground. It should be very exciting.
